Shanara

I am Shanara. To prevent some confusion, my given name is Marcia Rush, but most folks that know me via the internet, call me by my chosen name, which is Shanara..I am also called Sweet Spirit by some. I am an Artist/Writer, but mostly I am a Mom ;) and recently I was blessed to become a Grandmother too!! I am also an Empath, Angel Intuitive and Dream Interpreter. Some have called me a Wise One, though I humbly argue that point...Mostly, I am a student of life like everyone else.

I have no formal education in any of these area's. These are gifts given to me by God, the Creator...I have had these gifts since I was a little girl, tho I have not exercised them on a large scale til the last few years. I was born an Old Soul, and I believe I have walked these halls many times. Life itself has been my greatest Text Book, and Love is my greatest teacher. Ofcourse I consider my children among my greatest teachers too ;)

There is a Great Awakening taking place worldwide now. I do know with certainty, that this Awakening is in preparation for a Wonderful "Second Coming"...There is much speculation among various religions, and Spiritual Groups, as to just What this Second Coming Is and What it means for mankind...Some say it is the Second Coming of Christ, and others say it is a New World Order. Some even say it is Terrible and will be the end of the World as we know it. Personally, I believe all three of those things are true.

What I have been given is very simple...The message, is that there is some Truth and some Fiction in all of our systems of belief. We are limited by our own fears, and desires. It is actually those fears and desires that create our systems of belief....and it is for this reason that we keep missing the point of All that is Coming, as well as All that has Already Been. Some things will be for the better...but that is really up to God, and his relationship with mankind as well as mankind's relationship with God.

Mankind has always had the power to create a Better World. Its all about Love...God/HigherPower/Creator, whatever name you choose to call that consciousness that IS Love. We are created by Love...and Love will change this world as we know it, for the better. Mankind has this power too...If only they would see it, and utilize it....

A Great Change is coming for all of us. There can be no denial about that. Changes for our planet, and all life existing on it. It has already begun. For all of our speculation, and limited knowledge, we cannot even fathom the changes that will take place. If we open our hearts and minds to God, our Creator, then we will be ready for these changes. If we do not, then we will fall prey to our own fears and ignorance.

In this Time...This great age of reason, with all of our abilities and even our limited knowledge...There is No justification for even one hungry child, or one homeless family. We remain confused. We still concentrate on possessions, and seperation...Individuality is fine, but we must accept our sameness, and Cherish our sameness with the same fervor. Each human being is Unique...this is true, but then Humankind is Unique as a whole. We have not yet learned to share. We have not learned from our own history. Things that have been given to us all, we fight over instead of cherish. Mankind is still irresponsible and complacent. We refuse to see what we do to each other and our world around us...

It is true that many are awakening, but many more Must awaken in order to save ourselves and our world. You see, it is Not God that is our destroyer...It is ourselves....For God, will help those who help themselves and those who help each other and the environment in which we all live...It is both a great gift and a great responsibility...So please don't leave this responsibility to your brothers, or your neighbors, or your government....Begin with Yourself...Each act of Kindness, Love and Respect matters....There is none too small....and the more you do, the better all things in life will be. I wonder if human kind is up to the task? History has proven that we are not....

All is not lost...We are given a little more time, to learn to Love one another...and to Love the world around us. Our Earth and all that lives here with us...this Grand school that God has given us...This IS the Great Awakening.

For those who wonder...I am very much a Christian in my beliefs, though I belong to no man-made denomination or religion. Christ IS the son of God, and He is my mentor and Savior. I do not follow my own guidance, but the guidance I am given through Him. It is His teachings I try to follow with my whole heart. He leads me through my own heart, for three very simple reasons...1)because I believe in Him...2)because I asked him to lead me to the truth in prayer, and 3)because I believe in His promise to do so. Being human, we are all sinners, and we all fall much of the time..so he also sent us even more help from heaven.

I believe in Angels...and they were sent to us from Jesus Himself. I believe they are with us to help to guide us through all our dark times. Nudging us towards the power of love, healing and truth. Helping us over the stumbling blocks we set in our own path, from our stuborness and fear...as well as helping us recognize the blocks set in our way, by the evil who causes those fears through temptation. They pick us up when we fall and set us back on the path to love again. This way we learn to understand and overcome.

Jesus said, (as noted in Matthew 23:36 through 40 when asked which is the great commandment in the law..)

"Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it; Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets."

These things I hold dear in my heart, and will forever try to accomplish and share to the best of my abilities.

I was doing free personal readings for folks, but have had to suspend those for a time. Please bear with me and have patience and I will try to resume those as soon as possible. Til then, I will continue to pray for everyone, that we all are able to overcome. May God in heaven be with us all. Remember to be kind, and to love one another and all creatures, with the pure and unselfish love that Jesus had for us all. With Love, and in Jesus' holy name...
